pair the watch without resetting

There is no way to unpair the watch without having to reset it?

That is ridicul

I crossed a time zone two days ago and returned yesterday.

Today I noticed my watch was 1 hour behind STILL.

I look at my iPhone and it has the right time.

What gives?

So, I unpaired the watch and now there is no way to pair it again without resetting. Brilliant!!!! NOT

On your Apple Watch: tap on Settings > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings.

This will reset your Apple Watch to the factory settings.

You can then pair with your iPhone by following the normal instructions:

If you have restored your iPhone from a backup, you will be offered the option, during setup, to restore your watch from a backup.
